Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MAREK Entertainment (“MAREK”, “we”), an independent music label, handles information in connection with its website and its internal tool MAREK Uploader.

1. What MAREK Uploader is

MAREK Uploader is an internal, non-public tool. It is used only by the MAREK team to upload and manage music videos, thumbnails and playlists on YouTube channels that MAREK owns and operates. It is not offered to the public, and no other users sign in to it.

2. YouTube API Services

MAREK Uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the account holder agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information accessed through Google is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Information we access

When a MAREK channel is authorized, the tool accesses only what is needed to publish our own content: the channel's basic information (channel ID and name), the list of videos already uploaded (to avoid duplicates), and the ability to upload videos, set thumbnails and manage playlists on that channel. We do not access viewers' personal information, comments, private messages or payment information.

4. How information is stored and shared

Authorization tokens and an upload log (video IDs, titles, upload times) are stored only on the MAREK operator's own computer. We do not sell, rent or share this information with any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Retention and revocation

Tokens are kept only while the tool is in use and are deleted when no longer needed. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

6. Website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not collect personal information.
